West Hale Gate Glamping

West Hale Gate Glamping offers 3 luxurious and well-equipped shepherd’s huts plus a separate rustic kitchen / diner area, on a family farm located just half a mile from the village of Burton Fleming in the beautiful Yorkshire Wolds area, only 5 miles from the coast. This accommodation is exclusively offered to adults, providing a relaxed and friendly setting, within easy reach of many attractions and with walking and cycling from the doorstep.

All the shepherd’s huts are stylishly decorated; each sleeping 2 guests and including a comfy double bed, kitchen area, outside seating and a private hot tub. The Longwool and Blue Texel are traditional shepherd’s huts with a sofa that folds out into a double bed, with a separate shower cabin. The Swaledale, hand-built by a local craftsman, benefits from a 4-poster bed, en suite shower room and double doors opening to a veranda.

Guests are welcome to make use of The Lambing Shed, providing a fully-equipped kitchen and diner stocked daily with your inclusive continental breakfast ingredients, plus the honesty ‘ Corner Shop’ with basics and treats. There is also an outdoor pizza oven. Full English breakfasts can be arranged prior to arrival. The local village has a pub, post office and general store. There are also bus links to Bridlington, Filey, Scarborough and Whitby.
