Waleswood Caravan & Camping Park

Maleswood Caravan and Camping Park is an award-winning AA 5-Pennant Gold rated site in Rother Valley Country Park. Easy to find, it is a short drive from junction 31 of the M1, with Sheffield only 7 miles away. A haven for short breaks and holidays, this park is ideal as a base for sightseeing and outdoors pursuits, with opportunities for water sports and golf on-site and scenic walks and cycling from the doorstep.

Open all year round, all of our 163 pitches at Maleswood come with electric hook-up and offer a choice of either hardstanding, super or extra-large pitches. The 2 very well-maintained amenities blocks have male / female toilets and hot showers, and there are family rooms, baby changing units and accessible wet room facilities, a laundry room, dishwashing sinks, electric vehicle charging point and 2 motorhome service points.

Dogs are allowed and the park has a children’s play area, outdoor table tennis and table football game, plus free Wifi access. There is also a reception area, shop, licensed coffee shop and bike hire available. National Sustrans Cycle Route 6 and the TransPennine Trail can be joined a mile away, and there is wakeboarding and paddleboarding on the lake. The Peak District National Park is also within easy striking distance.
