Kielder Caravan & Camping Site

Kielder Village Caravan and Camping Site offers a peaceful and remote location in the heart of Kielder Forest Park, near Kielder Water Reservoir, close to the England and Scotland border. A superb base from which to enjoy relaxing holidays and a wide range of outdoors activities, the site is in a Dark Sky Park for keen stargazers; also with no mobile signal and lots of space. Walkers, cyclists, mountain bikers, campers, motorbikes, campervans, motorhomes and touring caravans are welcome.

The site has hardstanding pitches, most of which have electric hook-up, plus a camping field for tents. Also available for hire are the timber glamping pods which come in 2 sizes. The smaller ones sleep 2 or 3 people and the larger family pods sleep 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. All have heating, lighting, electricity and an outside decking area. Dogs are allowed across the site. The amenities include toilets, showers, a campsite shop and children’s play area. There is a footpath to Kielder Water and bike hire available in Kielder village which also has a post office, pub, Kielder Castle (with a visitor centre). The site is close to one of England's largest mountain bike trail networks.
