Otterington Park

Otterington Park offers a scenic rural setting with nature walks and a fishing lake. Set within the Vale of York, between the North York Moors and Yorkshire Dales, the park is found between the villages of South Otterington and Thorton-le-Moor, a few miles from Northallerton. This site is family-friendly and dogs are welcome too.

The camping area is surrounded by open grassland and trees; suitable for touring caravans, motorhomes and trailer tents. All pitches have gravel and hardstanding, with electric hook-up available if required. For glamping, the timber camping pods provide heating, lighting, electric sockets and an outside picnic bench. There are standard pods for 2 and family pods for 2 adults and 2 / 3 children. Each pod is separated from the other by a screen of shrubs.

The site has heated toilet and shower block facilities including a bathroom and disabled WC / shower, hairdryers, electric shaver points, a laundry room, pot washing, chemical WC and grey water disposal, a private fishing lake, children’s outdoor play areas, a dog exercise area, Wifi (chargeable), public telephone and small shop.
