Craken House Camping Site (Adults Only)

Craken House Camping Site is a Camping and Caravanning Club Friendly site also welcoming to non-members, situated on a family farm on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. Offering a beautiful rural setting, less than a mile from Leyburn, the site has panoramic views across open fields to the hills beyond.

Exclusively for adults; there are electric pitches for caravans, motorhomes and tents and non-electric pitches for small tents. The amenities block provides toilets and hot showers and the utility block has a washing-up area and communal fridge freezer. A washer / dryer is available for a small additional charge.

Special rates are available for solo travellers arriving on foot or by bike. Dogs are permitted on-site. Leyburn has shops, cafés, pubs and a leisure centre, and there are many scenic walks around the local area including to the spectacular Harmby Waterfall or along the River Ure.
