North Coast 500 Pods

Welcome to North Coast 500 Pods, a unique place for luxury glamping, overlooking Achmelvich Bay, a short walk away from the sheltered white sandy beach and turquoise waters. Located along the ever-popular NC500 route, only 4 miles by road from Lochinver, this site is ideal as a stopover or holiday base for couples, families and friends. Dogs are allowed on-site.

Each pod is well-equipped, including underfloor heating, insulation, voice-activated Alexa hue lighting, Wifi, USB sockets, Smart TV, Bluetooth, kitchenette, proper double bed, a double sofa bed and en suite shower room. Each also has an allocated parking space. Guests have access to the communal area which offers a barbeque, firepit and seating.

There are superb walks around the area including along the cliff tops where you can enjoy spectacular views and watch the sea birds. Visitors might also witness the Northern Lights! The picturesque fishing village of Lochinver provides shops, cafés, restaurants serving local pies and freshly-caught seafood, plus there are fishing trips and boat tours available from the harbour.
