Shieldaig Camping & Cabins

Shieldaig Camping and Cabins is a friendly and relaxed family-run campsite on the NC 500 route, situated in this small village in the NW Highlands. This is an ideal destination for relaxing, walking, mountain biking, climbing, exploring the bays and inlets of the Atlantic coastline by kayak, or watching the abundant local wildlife.

The camping field has 20 hardstanding pitches with electric hook-ups for motorhomes and caravans; grass pitches for tents; and 3 luxurious glamping cabins (sleeping 2) with a double bed, kitchenette, Smart TV, Wifi and uninterrupted sea views from the glass doors and private balcony. Sildvik and Sunset both have en suite facilities.

There is a heated amenities block with toilets and showers, washing up-sinks and a laundry room. The village pub is just a 5-minute walk and there is a smokehouse selling locally-caught fish, a shop and a café along the seafront.
