Leachive Caravan Park is a family-run touring and camping site with glamping accommodation, situated in the pretty village of Leachive, only 11 miles by road from Lochgilphead. Located in North Knapdale, along the shores of the loch, there are endless options for scenic walks, cycling, fishing and sightseeing around the area.
Caravans, motorhomes and tents are all welcome, with a choice of hardstanding or grass pitches, and electric hook-ups provided. There are also the timber-built micro-lodges sleeping up to 3 people for glamping; equipped with heating, lighting, mattresses and a handy kitchenette featuring a fridge, kettle and microwave.
The well-presented amenities block has WCs and showers, with dishwashing sinks available. Dogs are allowed on-site. Guests will find a children’s playground in the village and an inn right by the site offering a food menu, including locally-caught seafood. There is a ferry to Jura and boat hire can be arranged from the loch.
