Highfield Holidays

Highfield Holidays offers touring facilities and glamping, on a 7-acre croft near Tralee Bay, 8 miles north of Oban. Family and dog-friendly, this site is surrounded by beautiful countryside and within walking distance of Tralee Beach. A fantastic base for holidays exploring the local area, this site is also popular for stopovers en route to the Hebrides or other destinations in the Highlands.

Touring pitches are available from 1 April to 30 November. Campervans, large tourers and motorhomes are accommodated; with a choice of grass and hardstanding pitches with water and electric; or the fully-serviced pitches. Seasonal pitches can also be arranged. The amenities block has toilets, separate washrooms with a shower, hand basin and WC; plus a disabled wet room.

For glamping, there are Safari Tents for 4 including a kitchenette and hot tub; and Deluxe Safari Tents, also with their own bathroom. The Luxury Glamping Pods are either 2 or 4-berth with en suite shower room facilities, a kitchenette and hot tub. Some of the pods even come with a separate dog-pod! Champagne, Prosecco, chocolates and more can be arranged for special occasions.
