Ruberslaw Wild Woods Camping

Ruberslaw Wild Woods Camping is set within 500 acres of beautiful grounds and natural woodland, in the Teviot Valley, just 6 miles from the Borders town of Hawick. A scenic and quiet location for camping and glamping, surrounded by just the chatter of local wildlife, it is the perfect place for relaxing in the outdoors and as a base to explore this wonderful area of Scotland. The site is happy to be pet-friendly, with on-lead dogs welcome.

Catering for tents only; visitors can camp in the Edwardian walled gardens with the pond, flower garden, glass house and games lawn close by; or hidden away in the car-free woodlands with exclusive pitches available for those seeking solitude. All pitches have firepits and there is a parking area for woodland dwellers. Guests can use The Hub with its equipped kitchen, open fireplace and covered courtyard for socialising, plus the heated shower and toilet block, free Wifi and washing machine. There is also a small shop selling local produce.

For glampers, the off-grid Woodland Safari Tents sleep up to 4 people in each and are equipped with a camping kitchen, dining area, king size bedroom, room with bunk beds, plus there is an outside decking area, composting toilet, sink with fresh water and firepit.
