Muirkirk Caravan Park

Muirkirk Caravan Park, named after the nearby village, is a 9-acre countryside site welcoming tourers and campers to the picturesque Ayrshire Valley. Set along the banks of the River Ayr and only 9 miles from Cumnock, this is a Camping and Caravanning Club-friendly site, open to members and non-members alike.

Family and dog-friendly, this well-maintained site offers 40 pitches, suitable for touring caravans, motorhomes and tents. Electric hook-up and hardstanding pitches are available if required. The on-site amenities include a heated shower and toilet block with disabled facilities, chemical waste disposal and a launderette.

The licensed clubhouse has a bar and function suite that can be booked for special events. There is also a fish and chip shop, diner and a selection of shops in the village a short walk away. The area has numerous scenic walks, including the long-distance River Ayr Way, and Kames Motorsport Circuit is also close by.
