Minch View Campsite is a small and friendly family-run site located on the Isle of Harris, near Drinnishadder. In a secluded location, with views across crofting land and a loch, this site is ideally placed for those who enjoy walking, fishing and wildlife-watching. Dogs are allowed.
The site has 8 pitches available for touring caravans and motorhomes, as well as 10 tent pitches. There are 4 electric hook-ups. Other facilities include toilets, showers, dishwashing sinks and chemical disposal. The nearest shop is within 2 miles and the ferry port at Tarbert is 5 miles away.
Fishing is available along the freshwater loch on one side of the campsite, and along the coast on the other side. Places to visit on the island include the Isle of Harris Distillery, beautiful beaches and the famous tweed and craft shops. Walking and other outdoor pursuits are popular.
