YHA Portreath

YHA Portreath is an 18th century former farmhouse located in the grounds of a Grade II listed manor house in Illogan village, 3 miles from Redruth. Offering hostel-style accommodation adjacent to a wooded valley that leads to Portreath beach and the SW Coast Path, it is ideal for walkers, cyclists and watersports enthusiasts.

Private rooms and individual beds in the dormitories can be hired as required. The private rooms sleep up to 4 people, with some benefiting from private en suite facilities. The dormitory beds include a comfy bunk, reading light and storage cupboard, with access included to the modern and clean shared toilets and shower rooms.

There is also a communal kitchen and dining room, living room with comfortable seating, TV, and table tennis, plus an outdoor courtyard with picnic benches and a barbecue area. The living room can also be used for meetings, workshops or classes. Free parking is available on-site and there is also cycle storage provided.
