Bourne End House is a former gentleman's residence and is located in Primrose Valley village, near the seaside town of Filey.

This grand, detached holiday home offers an excellent change of scenery for the whole family to enjoy; Bourne End House is perfect for family holidays and special celebrations! The private onsite pub features Sky Sports, a pool table, table football and a dart board. Guests get to experience running their own private pub where you can even pull your own pints, with kegs priced at roughly £1.60 a pint!

The large landscaped gardens are complemented with a private Hot Tub and seating area with a brick built BBQ and a childrens play area! The house retains many original features including parquet flooring, stained glass windows, high ceilings with cornice work and spacious rooms to lose yourself in.

Bourne End House has a downstairs bedroom with en suite wet room facilities. 3 double bedrooms (1 with en suite), 2 triple bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom over the first and second floors with 3 family bathrooms as well as 2 separate W.Cs and a shower room.
