Bourne End House is a former gentleman's residence and is located in Primrose Valley village, near the seaside town of Filey.

This grand, detached holiday home offers an excellent change of scenery for the whole family to enjoy; Bourne End House is perfect for family holidays and special celebrations! The private onsite pub features Sky Sports, a pool table, table football and a dart board. Guests get to experience running their own private pub where you can even pull your own pints, with kegs priced at roughly £1.60 a pint!

The large landscaped gardens are complemented with a private Hot Tub and seating area with a brick built BBQ and a childrens play area! The house retains many original features including parquet flooring, stained glass windows, high ceilings with cornice work and spacious rooms to lose yourself in.

Bourne End House has a downstairs double bedroom with en suite wet room facilities. The first floor has 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 1 triple bedroom, 1 double bedroom, 1 family bathroom, a separate W.C and a shower room. The second floor has 1 double bedroom, 1 quadruple bedroom, 1 double bedroom with an additional single bed and 2 family bathrooms.
