98 Fountain Villas

98 Fountain Villas is a spacious Grade II listed building dating back to the Georgian era, overlooking the River Derwent in Matlock Bath. Ideally placed near the Lover’s Walks, railway station and the cable car station to the Heights of Abraham attraction, this is a luxurious holiday home sleeping 16 guests and spanning 3 floors.

The lounge features sofas and a Smart TV, plus there is a dining room with 2 tables where everyone can eat together. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything needed for self-catering, including a large range-style cooker, dishwasher, breakfast table, plus a walk-in pantry featuring storage space and a washing machine.

There are 7 bedrooms which span the first and second floors, including 2 with en suite facilities. There is also a breakfast kitchen on the top floor with table to sit 8 for breakfast. Guests will also find a bathroom on each of the 2 floors, plus an extra toilet on the ground floor. Outside, the rear of the house has a garden and patio, and at the front, there is ample off-road parking and a bench facing the river.

With so much to see and do in the area you will be spoilt for choice here, there are lots of attaractions all within 30 minutes drive! We also offer a haven for walkers and cyclists being on the edge of the peak district.
