Peveril House

Dating from 1768, Peveril House in Castleton offers pet friendly self-catering and B & B, with on-site parking. The Coach House is a ground floor, easy access suite with wide doors, floor level shower / wet room with hand grab rails and alarm alert system for disabled guests. There is a double bedroom, open plan living room with HD TV, free Wifi, a kitchen, dining table, double sofa bed and armchair. A single fold-up bed can be provided if available.

The Hay Loft is situated on the first floor, accessed by an outside stairway. This is a beautiful, full height suite with original wooden beams and village views from the windows. There is a double bedroom, open plan living room with HD Freeview TV, free Wifi, kitchen facilities, dining table, double sofa bed and armchair. A single fold-up bed can be provided subject to availability. There is an en suite shower room and complimentary toiletries. Both suites are dog friendly (up to two dogs but check if more). Breakfast can be included at £12 pp per night and £7 for kids under 8 which is served in the main house.

The B & B is a friends and family suite sleeping 6 people and includes a king size bed, a double sofa bed (within the king size room) and a nice adjoining double with a small double ( Queen bed) both of these rooms have their own bathroom and are above the old stable block, accessed by an outside stairway. Both rooms have complimentary toiletries, a hairdryer, trouser press, TV, tea / coffee-making facilities and there is a small fridge and a microwave available. We have parking at the back of the house for 3 cars.

The accommodation is centrally located and is close to 7 pubs and cafes, ideally placed in the heart of the Peak District National Park there are many places of interest and great to explore including the Hope Valley, Peveril Castle and many wonderful scenic walks locally too. With so much to see and do you will be spoilt for choice here!
