Providing accommodation from 2 to over 50 guests, and specialising in holidays for large groups, stag and hen parties, weddings and corporate events can also be accommodated.

Standlow Farm comprises 6 individual self-catering cottages near the village of Kniveton, sleeping up to 52 guests when booked together. Each one beautifully-converted from former farm buildings, with some having their own private hot tub, there is shared use of the games room, 2 fire pit areas, private gardens, play area and paddock.

Shiningford is a Grade II listed manor house adjacent to Carsington Water, accommodating 12 to 35 guests when exclusively booked, with shared access to the on-site swimming pool. Ashbourne Hall sleeps 22 in an 18th century country house in the market town of Ashbourne. Hollywood House is a large home for 40 guests, near Belper.

Finally, Shepherd’s View is a spacious holiday home for 16 guests, in a secluded location along the Kniveton Valley.
