Dyfed Shire Horse Farm and Campsite is the only dedicated Shire horse farm visitor attraction in Wales, located on the eastern fringes of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. Visit this traditional Welsh working farm, within a short distance of Cardigan and Newport, and meet our gentle giants! The farm is easy to find off the A487 road.
Families and dogs are welcome on the campsite, with electric 6-amp pitches or basic non-electric pitches. Toilets and showers are a short walk from the camping field, and include baby changing facilities. There is a children’s playground, shop and a dog-sitting service can be arranged. Prices include free admission to the farm and facilities.
Caffi Celt is the on-site café using the best of local Welsh produce to provide tasty meals and a handy takeaway service. The café is also available for private venue hire for birthdays and other functions, including weddings, plus has free Wifi and is pushchair and wheelchair accessible.
