Llandegla Fishery Camping

Llandegla Fishery offers a range of accommodation including wild camping and a CL caravan site for 5 touring vans or campervans. Electric hook-up is available. There is also a self-catering holiday cottage for hire (sleeping up to 4 plus an infant) and 2 new, 6-metre canvas bell tents for glamping and even an on-site café! Visitors will find a number of well-stocked lakes suitable for all levels. For fly fishing, there are 2 trout pools with Rainbow, Brown, Tiger, Gold Trout and some Rudd. The 2 coarse lakes are stocked with Mirror and Common Carp, Barbel, Tench, Bream, Roach, Rudd, Crucian Caru and Chub. There is also a worm fishing lake and family lake float fishing area, which is free for under 12s, plus an on-site tackle shop and hire.

Llandegla Fishery is ideal for walking, cycling and mountain biking and is adjacent to one of the most popular mountain bike centres in Wales (Coed Llandegla mountain bike centre’s entrance is 100 yards away). There is also an RSPB centre within the forest and reservoir walks. The site is a mile away from Offa’s Dyke Path. Fauxdegla Shooting Ground, a gliding club and horse riding centre are all within 3 miles.
