Tyn Rhos is a popular family and dog-friendly holiday park, located 2 miles from the village of Moelfre and within 10 minutes’ walk from Lligwy Beach, on the north-east coast of the Isle of Anglesey in Wales. An ideal base for relaxation and sightseeing, the Anglesey Coastal Path and historic monument at Din Lligwy are close to the park.
Open 1st March to 31st October; with camping, touring and motorhome pitches, there are 16-amp hook-ups and water points available. Facilities include modern clean toilets and hot showers, and a washroom including laundrette. Park Wifi is available. A quiet park, there is no on-site shop, clubhouse or children’s play area.
Moelfre is a former fishing village hosting spectacular views out towards Penmon, Snowdonia and the Great Orme. There are places to eat and drink, as well as attractions such as the Seawatch Centre. Lligwy Beach is popular for water sports such as windsurfing, kitesurfing and surfing. Please see the website for further details.
