Penvose Farm provides a camping and touring park, plus self-catering caravans and barn conversions on a family-run farm in St Mawgan, near Newquay. There are stream-fed coarse fishing lakes for visitors to enjoy and the site is a short walk from the SW Coast Path and Watergate Beach. The Bennett family offer a warm welcome.
The camping pitches are spacious, accommodating tents, caravans and motorhomes, with optional electric hook-up. Dogs are welcome by prior agreement and there are toilets, showers and dishwashing sinks. The 2 and 3-bedroomed caravans and 2 holiday barns sleep from 4 to 8 people, providing self-catering facilities.
Free fishing is available to resident guests on the farm lakes, which are stocked with carp, rudd, perch, roach, bream and more. Interesting places to visit nearby include The Japanese Garden, Camel Creek Theme Park and the Cornwall Aviation Museum.
