Gwinear Camping & Fishing

Welcome to Gwinear Camping and Fishing, a family-owned campsite situated near the pretty villages of Cubert and Crantock, about 2 miles south of Newquay. With 2 large fishing lakes and surrounded by the beautiful Cornish countryside, this site is a great choice for holidaymakers, fishing enthusiasts, surfers and walkers.

Touring caravans, motorhomes and tents are all welcome, with both hardstanding and grass pitches with or without their own electric and water supply. The modern toilet and shower block is well-maintained and provides disabled and baby changing facilities. Other facilities include Wifi, dishwashing sinks and a launderette.

Dogs are allowed, with a designated walking area. The lakes are stocked with carp and there is a tackle shop. Cubert and Crantock have pubs, tea rooms and village shops. Close by are Holywell Bay, Polly Joke and Crantock beaches, with excellent surf, being the next bay along the coast from Fistral beach, but without the crowds!
