Furnished in a contemporary style throughout, the cottage provides an open plan living room with leather sofas, armchair, TV, dining table and kitchen area with dishwasher and double oven. The new conservatory provides additional seating and relaxing views across the walled garden.

There are 2 en suite bedrooms; a king-bedded room, and flexible family room for 3 which can be arranged with a super king and single bed, or as a triple. There is also an additional bathroom, utility room with laundry equipment, central heating, Wifi and an outdoor seating area.

On-site car parking is provided and there are many walks, cycling routes, fishing sites and a golf course nearby. Just a short drive to the M80 and M8, the location is ideal for visiting Central Scotland, including The Kelpies in Falkirk, as well as the historical cities of Glasgow and Edinburgh.
