Overhailes Farm Cottages

Overhailes Farm Cottages are a collection of 6 beautifully-renovated self-catering cottages situated near the pretty East Lothian village of East Linton, 4 miles from Haddington. Visit Scotland 3-Star rated, the cottages are surrounded by beautiful countryside along the River Tyne and ideal for couples, families or group holidays.

Overhailes is ideally situated on the A199, less than 15 minutes from the seaside towns of North Berwick, Gullane, Aberlady and Dunbar. There are many golf courses and walking routes, as well as options for children, including wakeboarding and a ropes course at Foxlake Adventures, to beachcombing at Ravensheugh Beach.

Most of the cottages are arranged around a central courtyard and named after their original purpose. The Cart Shed and The Smiddy both sleep 4 - 6 people, with a twin and a twin / king room, both with en suite facilities, plus there is a sofa bed in the lounge. The Stables sleeps 6 people with a super king bedroom and 2 twin rooms.

The Granary sleeps 6 - 8 in a double en suite room, 2 twin rooms and has a sofa bed. The Bothy is all on ground floor and features a king-bedded room and twin bedroom, both with en suite facilities. Castle View Cottage is located behind the other cottages and provides a cosy home for 2 guests with a comfy twin bedroom.

All of these holiday homes have free Wifi, a fully-equipped kitchen and central heating. Multiple cottages can be hired together, catering for up to 38 guests; with a car park and bike storage provided. The River Tyne Path passes the cottages for keen walkers.
