Blackadon Barn Cottages

The Cottages at Blackadon Farm are a collection of luxurious self-catering cottages located on the edge of Dartmoor National Park. With scenic views across the moors and the beautiful South Hams countryside, the cottages are all dog-friendly, with a Visit England Gold Award for Green Tourism.

All cottages have been renovated to a high standard from former farm buildings and are nestled around a central courtyard. Each is equipped with a fully-fitted kitchen with coffee pod machine; as well as a TV and Smart speakers, plus there is allocated on-site parking and shared laundry facilities.

The Stable is a cosy cottage for 1 or 2 guests, featuring an en suite bedroom. The Sett and The Roost both sleep up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms, whereas The Loft and The Parlour can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. In addition, The Lower Barn can sleep up to 12 guests in 5 en suite bedrooms.

The largest is The Upper Great Barn for 13 people, which has 5 en suite bedrooms including one with wheelchair access and a wet room. The Upper Great Barn and The Loft can be booked together and joined via an internal door to increase capacity to 31! Please visit the website for more information.
