Beach Sun Retreat

Located along the seafront in Dymchurch, Beach Sun Retreat is a boutique-style villa providing a tropical-themed holiday home for up to 15 guests. Dogs are also welcome. Ideal for groups, family events or corporate retreats, it is equipped with a cinema, private bar, sauna and gardens. There is also a private walkway leading to the beautiful sandy beach just a stone’s throw away.

Guests will find a living area with an ‘Ibiza beach’ theme including seating, lighting replicating natural sunlight, dining table that can be split, sunroom with deckchairs and patio doors opening to the garden. The large kitchen is fitted with contemporary facilities and there is a separate laundry room. There are also 9 individually-designed luxury bedrooms, each with en suite facilities.

Guests can enjoy a drink in the bar with its bar stools and charging points, our 3D cinema and a DJ area with sound system in sun room or massage room. We have an indoor natural sunlight room for sumbathing whatever the weather outside! Outside, there is a barbeque area and extensive gardens with a koi pond.
