Sandhole Barn

Sandhole Barn is a Visit England 4-Star and ROSE Award rated self-catering holiday home located in Snodland, near Maidstone, within the Kent Downs AONB. All on ground floor level, this superb holiday home is ideal for families or guests with disabilities and is also close to Layland Lakes Country Park for outdoors enthusiasts.

Located down a quiet country track with a private garden, the barn offers an open plan living room with comfortable seating, a TV and dining table, plus there is a fully-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and breakfast bar. Guests will also find a double bedroom, twin room and a bathroom with grab rails.

There is Wifi throughout Sandhole Barn. Outside, guests will find a patio area with seating, a lawn and car parking area. Secure storage is available for bikes and outdoors equipment, and there are many scenic cycling and walking routes around the local area. Fishing and various water sports are provided in the country park and lakes.
