Coxhill Camping

Welcome to Coxhill Camping, a 7-acre site on a working farm, with 10 acres of adjacent private woodland, near Shepherdswell, 6 miles from Dover. Situated in the Kent Downs and along the North Downs Way, it is ideal for family holidays, a quiet retreat for couples, or backpackers / hikers following the path.

Guests can choose where to pitch their tents, campervans and caravans on the level grassy camping field which is bordered by mature trees. Dogs are allowed. The site provides toilets and wash basins in individual cubicles, showers, potwashing sinks, fresh water taps, plus grey and chemical disposal points.

Firepits can be hired and kindling can be purchased on-site. The local village of Shepherdswell is within walking distance and provides a pub, farm shop and convenience store, plus a Mainline railway station with trains to London and Dover and the East Kent Railway Trust Heritage line for trainspotters!
