Meggett Farm

Meggett Farm Cottage is a self-catering holiday home situated in the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) along the Alkham Valley, with scenic walk and cycle routes from the front door. The house is convenient for local sightseeing and for onward travel to Dover and Folkstone for those planning a trip to France.

All on ground floor level and centrally heated, the house sleeps 6 guests in a double and 2 twin bedrooms. Guests will find an open plan living room with a suite, TV and dining table, plus a kitchen with a washing machine and French doors to the patio. The bathroom has a bath and shower. Outside is a patio, private garden and parking.

Alkham Valley Garden Centre and Tea Rooms are close by and there is a pub in the village. The Battle of Britain Museum is a short drive away. The famous National Trust White Cliffs of Dover, with a visitor centre and café are about 15 minutes’ drive. Owners Simon and Helen provide a warm welcome and local information if needed.
