Elmfield Farm Cottages

Located in the heart of the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Elmfield Farm Cottages comprise 4 delightful bungalows situated on a small, family-run farm in the village of Stelling Minnis. The location provides an excellent base from which to explore the Downs and visit Canterbury, Ashford and the Kent coastline.

There are 2 brick-built bungalows; Dilly Cottage and Gilt Cottage for 4 guests, with a double and a twin bedroom. Clay and Straw Cottages are both built from straw bales, sleep 6, and are suitable for wheelchair users, featuring a double bedroom with en suite wet room downstairs, with another double and twin room upstairs.

All cottages overlook green fields that are home to the resident farm animals. Each also has Wifi, heating, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, TV, full bathroom, private garden area and car parking. Shared laundry facilities are also available in the boiler house.
