Linden Cottages - The Old Stables

The Old Stables at Linden Cottage is a beautiful self-catering rural holiday home sleeping up to 6, suitable for guests with limited mobility. Located opposite the River Thames on the Oxfordshire border and set back from the main A329 Reading to Oxford road, the cottage is on the outskirts of the villages of Goring and Streatley.

Inside, there is a cosy lounge where everyone can sit, chat or watch TV; a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, double oven and a dining table; ground floor king size en suite bedroom; as well as a king size bedroom with sofa bed and a twin room upstairs. There is also a bathroom, utility room and additional WC.

Outside, the enclosed garden has a lawn, seating and a barbeque. There is off-road parking provided for 2 or 3 cars. Wifi and central heating from an eco-friendly air source heat pump is available throughout. The Old Stables is also situated immediately at the foot of the National Trust’s 67-acre grassland site known as The Holies.
