Colchester Country Park

Colchester Country Park offers a touring and camping site situated in well-maintained grounds on the outskirts of the city. Visit England 4-Star Gold Award rated, the park is surrounded by woodland and open countryside, yet only a mile from the amenities and many attractions of the town centre. Families and dogs are welcome.

The site has hardstanding and grass pitches with electric hook-up for touring caravans, motorhomes and tents, with space for awnings and parking for 1 car. There are recently-refurbished WCs and showers, including family and disabled facilities, plus dishwashing sinks, fresh water points, a laundry room and black / grey waste points.

The site is secure, with 24 hour CCTV, lighting and fob-operated bollards. There is a children’s play area to keep younger guests amused. The area has golfing, tennis courts and scenic walks on the Cymbeline Way which passes alongside the park. We also offer leisure lodges for sale on site. Tourist information is available on-site.
