Dukes Farm Cottages

Dukes Farm Holiday Cottages offer 3 beautifully-converted barns with excellent self-catering facilities in the Upper Monnow Valley in Craswall, just 7 miles south-east of the market town of Hay-on-Wye. The cottages benefit from stunning views of the Black Mountains and easy access to walks including the famous Cat’s Back.

Each barn has a generous wood burning stove, TV, fibre broadband, well-equipped kitchen, ample bath/shower rooms and outside areas with ample seating, imaginative planting and beautiful views.

Swallow Barn is a spacious home for 8 guests with a high ceiling in the living room, ground floor en suite bedroom and 3 bedrooms upstairs including one with en suite facilities.

The Granary sleeps 5 and features beamed ceilings in all rooms. It has a first floor living area, double bedroom and triple bedroom, wet room & extra cloakroom facilities.

Sleeping 2, Goose Cotts has a spacious downstairs open plan living area and a king size bed in the upstairs gallery.

The cottages can be booked separately or together for multiple families or groups sleeping 2 - 15. There is a games room on site with pool, table tennis, bar billiards & table football. Ample on-site parking, free baby equipment. Dogs are allowed (£20 each).
