Stay in Hay at Vermont is a welcoming bed and breakfast situated down a private road overlooking open fields on the edge of Hay-on-Wye, just 5 minutes’ walk from the town centre. This home-from-home, run by friendly owners Tom and Pauline, is an excellent choice for a short break or holiday.

The guest room is a spacious loft conversion, with a light and airy feel courtesy of the dual-aspect windows. There is a double bed, en suite shower room facilities, Wifi and hospitality tray for making tea and coffee. After a sound night’s sleep, guests will wake up to an excellent breakfast to start the day.

Guests are welcome to make use of the garden and there is parking available. The shops, eateries and castle ruins are a short walk away and the area is extremely popular with walkers, with the Offa’s Dyke Path and Wye Valley Walk passing through the town. The river also provides a variety of watersports.
