Beechwood

Beechwood is a family run, superior bed and breakfast in Bowness in the Lake District and is a traditional Lakeland style 1900s house retaining many of its original features including a beautiful stained glass window which was designed by Scott Baillie (Blackwell House).

Each of our delightful guest rooms has complimentary tea/coffee making facilities, docking stations, flat screen TV and hair dryers. Complimentary toiletries can also be found in all our bathrooms. After a restful sleep you can enjoy a delicious freshly cooked breakfast to set you up for the day ahead with lighter bites also available. Beechwood boasts an elegant lounge where you can relax after a day's activities.

Exterior floral displays enhance the building's appearance and the guesthouse has been awarded several 'Windermere In Bloom' awards. Private parking and safe storage for Mountain Bikes. We are a haven for walkers and with so much to see and do in the area there really is something for everyone here!
