Derehams Farm Cottages comprise 4 beautiful holiday homes located on a family livestock farm on the outskirts of the village of Loudwater, near High Wycombe. Visit England 4-Star rated, the accommodation is surrounded by open fields on the edge of the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with excellent walking / cycling paths and bridleways criss-crossing the area. The farm is located down a quiet track, yet close by to connections to London, Heathrow and Oxford. The village of Penn is a 20-minute walk away, along footpaths, with a choice of 4 pubs.

Each cottage has en suite facilities for all bedrooms, access to Wifi, satellite TV, a comfortable living area, fully-equipped kitchen and private garden with a gas barbeque. There are 3 cottages nestled around a cobbled courtyard, lovingly renovated from the old timber former barns. Horseshoe Cottage sleeps 5 and is accessible for guests with disabilities, with a downstairs super king bedroom with walk-in shower room, as well as a twin bedroom and a single room upstairs. Swallow Cottage sleeps 6 and has a twin room downstairs, and an upstairs twin room and master bedroom with super king bed. The Woolshed is a 1-bedroomed cottage for 2 with a super king-bedded room. In addition, Daisy’s Cottage is a self-contained home attached to the farmhouse sleeping 4 guests in a double and a twin bedroom.
