Woodleys Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast is located in a rural setting on the outskirts of Woburn Sands, near Milton Keynes. Offering elegant bedrooms in the main 18th century cottage, a self-contained bungalow, beautiful country gardens and scenic views, there are also arts and crafts courses held throughout the year.

Each bedroom is unique. The Cottage Garden Room features a double bed and exposed wooden beams; The Farmhouse Room is a double with contemporary décor; The Print Room provides 2 single beds and the new Woburn Room is a family room for 4. The Bungalow sleeps 6 with its own kitchen, living room and bathroom.

All have free Wifi, with a complimentary breakfast in the morning. The whole bed and breakfast and bungalow can also be exclusively hired for weddings, special events or reunions, with enough beds to sleep up to 14 people.
