Brambly Thatch

Brambly Thatch is a quaint thatched holiday cottage in a beautiful rural setting between Goring and Pangbourne, just 7 miles from the centre of Reading. Dating back 400 years and filled with character, featuring beamed ceilings, uneven floors and many interesting quirks, this house provides self-catering facilities for 5 people.

Inside is a cosy living room with sofa, armchairs, TV, music system and oil-fired Rayburn stove for heating and cooking. There is also a ground floor kitchen including a washing machine and dishwasher, plus a dining room and a twin bedroom. Up the original steep staircase is a double bedroom, single room and bathroom.

Wifi is available throughout the cottage. Guests will also find a pretty lawned garden and off-road car parking. Surrounded by over 350 acres of fields, this is a wonderful setting for peaceful family holidays, with many scenic walks and cycling opportunities along the Thames Valley, North Wessex Downs and Chilterns nearby.
