Manor Gate Bed & Breakfast

Manor Gate Bed and Breakfast provides a home-from-home place to stay on the outskirts of Newbury. Offering a quiet location at the entrance to Speen Manor, and just a few miles from the M4, business guests and tourists visiting the local attractions, including the racecourse and 14th century Donnington Castle, are very welcome.

There are 2 guest bedrooms available. One has a double size and the other has a king size bed and each benefits from their own private facilities, a TV, access to free Wifi, comfortable seating, desk and refreshment tray. Reduced rates are available for single occupancy. On-site parking and secure storage for bicycles is provided.

A continental-style buffet breakfast is set out in the breakfast room. Guests also have access to this room during the day to use the fridge, microwave and toaster. There is a pub a short walk away, and a selection of shops, restaurants and cafés in the town. Other attractions include Victoria Park and the West Berkshire Museum.
