Crosswoodhill Farm Holiday Cottages offer 4 unique self-catering properties, all accredited with either a Visit Scotland 3, 4 or 5-star rating and a Gold Award for Green Tourism. Located just 6 miles outside West Calder and surrounded by open fields and countryside, this accommodation is within a 30 to 60 minute driving distance to Edinburgh, Glasgow and Stirling. All cottages are family and pet-friendly, with some suitable for guests with disabilities.

Each cottage is totally unique and very comfortable, offering their own character and style. The two 5-star rated cottages are Orlege End for 3 to 6 people and the spacious purpose-built Craigengar Lodge for 12 to 18 guests. There is also the 4-Star rated Steading Cottage for 6, and 3-Star rated The Wing for 4 to 6. All contain a fully-equipped kitchen, Wifi, central heating, wood burning stove and have a garden area and car parking.

There is also a children’s play area and lots of wildlife to keep younger guests amused, plus plenty of lovely walks straight from the farm around the area and up into the surrounding hills. The village of West Calder contains pubs, eateries and shops, with a small supermarket, and a railway station providing handy direct trains to Edinburgh and Glasgow. Livingston has further amenities.
