Collingwood House

Collingwood House is a self-catering apartment accommodating up to 4 people, situated in the coastal town of Tynemouth, which is only 8 miles from Newcastle. Offering views across the estuary, this elegant Victorian villa has been sensitively modernised whilst retaining characterful original features, including large bay windows.

The spacious lounge has a leather sofa, armchair, TV and dining table / chairs. The kitchen is fully-equipped and includes a dishwasher and washing machine. Both bedrooms have a comfortable double bed and there is a bathroom and shower room. Pets are allowed to stay and Wifi access is included in the rental charge.

Free on-road parking is available outside the apartment and the metro station is a short walk away. The town offers plenty of amenities and attractions such as Long Sands Beach, Tynemouth Priory and Castle, Collingwood Monument and Tynemouth Golf Club. Tynemouth is the end point for the popular Coast to Coast Cycle Route.
