The Strines Inn

The Strines Inn is an historic place to stay in the Peak District National Park, in Bradfield Dale, 8 miles from the outskirts of Sheffield. Originally built as a manor house in the 13th century before being converted to an inn in the 1770s, the inn has beautiful views across Strines Reservoir.

All the bedrooms are equipped with a 4-poster bed, en suite facilities, TV and refreshments tray, with 2 of the bedrooms offering reservoir views. Breakfast is included and will be brought to your room in the morning. There is ample guest parking, and walkers and cyclists are very welcome.

The inn provides traditional meals and a well-stocked bar with local ales. Sit inside on the comfy chairs or outside in the garden, with a play area to keep younger guests entertained. The surrounding area has many hiking routes and scenic landmarks, including Back Tor and Bamford Edge.
