Kiltyrie Farmhouse

Kiltyrie Farmhouse is a mid-19th century traditional farmhouse offering bed and breakfast accommodation near the Perthshire village of Killin, with uninterrupted views across Loch Tay to the mountains beyond, and also ideally placed close to 8 of Scotland’s Munros. The B & B is perfect for tourists, walkers, climbers and cyclists.

There are 3 guest bedrooms on the upper floor of the property; a double bedroom with an en suite shower room, and a twin room and family room for 3 which share full bathroom facilities. Guests are also welcome to relax either in the cosy lounge in front of the wood burning stove or outside in the lovely garden area.

The tasty Scottish breakfast includes fresh eggs from the resident hens and homemade preserves from produce grown in the on-site polytunnels. Guests will also be treated to home baked bread, pancakes and scones. Breakfast is served in the conservatory, with views of the garden, surrounding Munros and Loch Tay.
