Clachan Cottage

A detached holiday home sleeping 4, Clachan Cottage is situated on the Isle of North Uist. With far-reaching views across the sound to the Isle of Baleshare in one direction and mountain peaks in the other, the chalet provides a quiet and scenic place to stay for those who enjoy walking, fishing and wildlife-watching.

Visitors will find a cosy lounge with electric fire, sofa bed and a TV. There is a well-equipped modern kitchen including a washing machine and dining table, as well as a double bedroom, twin bedroom and a family bathroom. Outside, there is a garden area, bench for enjoying the views and off-road car parking.

Pets are welcome for a small additional charge. Within 2 miles of the cottage there is a convenience store, post office and Hebridean Smokehouse selling a range of smoked salmon, scallops and more. The causeway across to the Isle of Baleshare is a short walk away, known for some excellent beaches on its west side.
