Temple View Hotel

A warm Hebridean welcome awaits visitors at Temple View Hotel in Carinish on North Uist. A family-run place to stay, owned by Stephen and Susan, guests will find great accommodation with loch views, in an excellent location for walking, cycling, seeing wildlife and exploring the beaches, historic sites and other Western Isles.

All 10 bedrooms have thoughtful décor, en suite facilities, a TV, telephone, hairdryer and hospitality tray, with views of either the sea or surrounding hills. There are single, twin and double bedrooms and a room adapted for those with disabilities. Guests can also sit in the charming lounge bar or sun lounge and enjoy a drink.

A full Scottish breakfast is included and served in the attractive dining room. Evening meals can also be provided, with the menu showcasing some of the island’s finest produce, including fresh seafood caught in the local waters. There is car parking and the hotel is only a short drive from Lochmaddy ferry terminal and Benbecula Airport.
