Lynwood Cottage

Lynwood Cottage is a detached self-catering holiday home overlooking two lochs, in Stenness, 5 miles from the port of Stromness. A walkers and archaeologists paradise with the Standing Stones of Stenness, the Ring of Brodgar and other historic sites close by, it is also convenient for island-hopping around the Orkneys.

Furnished in a contemporary style and accommodating 4 people, the cottage features a cosy lounge with 3-piece leather suite, modern electric fire, TV and dining table, plus there is a fitted kitchen with a breakfast table and a utility room with a washing machine. The house also offers 2 double bedrooms and a shower room.

Outside is an enclosed garden and ample off-road car parking along the drive at the side of the house, with outside storage available. Located on the main Stromness to Kirkwall road (A965), public transport passes at regular intervals. The local shop, hotel and ice cream parlour are all within a 5 minute walk.
