2 Highbury Villas is a contemporary holiday bungalow sleeping 4 guests on a quiet cul-de-sac in Kirkwall on Mainland Orkney. The town centre amenities and harbour are both within walking distance and the house is a short drive from the ferry terminals to the other islands, and Aberdeen, on the Scottish Mainland.

The entrance has a beautiful Orkney stone porch. Inside, there is a light-filled lounge with an electric fire in the stone fireplace, part-leather 3-piece suite, TV and DVD player. The kitchen is well-equipped including a washing machine and foldaway dining table. There is also a double bedroom, twin room and bathroom.

Wifi and central heating are provided. A cot and highchair is available for families. Outside, there is a garden with a washing line and a private parking area. Kirkwall is a bustling town with many of its own attractions and also provides a great base from which to explore the rest of Mainland and the outer islands.
