Royal Oak Guest House

Royal Oak Guest House is a family-owned home situated on the outskirts of Kirkwall, just a mile away from the ferry terminals and even closer to the town centre amenities. Owners Alice and Bruce provide a warm welcome and excellent hospitality. Parking is available at the rear of the house.

Bedrooms have en suite facilities, air source heating, a TV with Freeview, free Wifi, hairdryer and beverage tray. Travel cots can be provided if required. There are double, twin-bedded and a family room for 4. Guests are welcome to use the lounge with TV, games and small kitchenette area.

A complimentary breakfast is served in the morning with a good selection of options available, including a full Scottish breakfast which is cooked-to-order. There are many amenities and attractions in the town. Alice and Bruce were brought up on the island so can suggest many things to see and do.
