Garden Flat and Dormer Venn are 2 self-catering holiday homes situated in the picturesque Surrey Hills, in Westcott, near Dorking. Part of a country house which is surrounded by private gardens, in an area popular with walkers and cyclists, there are numerous footpaths, cycle and bridleways leading directly from the doorstep.

The ground floor Garden Flat offers a veranda opening from the kitchen / diner and a living room / bedroom with a gas-fired stove, double bed and sofa bed; sleeping 4 people. Dormer View is a duplex apartment with a small kitchen downstairs, and upstairs double room and lounge / diner which opens onto a large balcony.

Both of the properties are equipped with a full-sized bathroom laundry equipment, Freesat TV and off-road car parking. Westcott is a pretty village with a bakers, general store and post office, as well as 3 pubs run as an Indian restaurant, French bistro and Wine Bar and Deli. Bike hire, horse riding and fishing are available locally.
