Situated in front of the landmark Southwold Lighthouse in this beautiful seaside town, Grace Cottage provides a delightful holiday home for 4 people. Recently refurbished and providing facilities for a self-catering holiday, the house is a short walk from the sandy beach at the end of the street, perfect for family holidays.

The light and airy lounge features dual-aspect windows which fill the room with light, 2 sofas, an armchair, Smart TV and circular dining table / chairs. There is also a well-equipped modern kitchen and patio doors opening to the outside. Guests will also find a double bedroom, twin bedroom and a shower room.

There is a courtyard garden with table and chairs where you can enjoy al fresco dining under the lighthouse. Wifi and central heating is available throughout and on street parking is available in the nearby roads. Dogs are allowed with prior permission. There are pubs, fish and chip shops and tea rooms close by.
